Sharjah is rapidly emerging as a premier destination for automotive exhibitions and cultural events in the Middle East. The Sharjah Expo Centre, with its strategic location and world-class facilities, has attracted numerous international motor shows, new car launches, and automotive industry summits.
A globally renowned automotive brand planned to host a major motor show event featuring multiple world premieres of concept cars, production model displays, and brand experience zones. The organizers faced several practical challenges in venue selection and exhibition planning.
Space Requirements for Large Exhibits — The motor show needed to accommodate concept cars, SUVs, sports cars, and other vehicle types simultaneously. Many exhibits are large in size, requiring a clear-span column-free space. The flooring also needed to support the weight and movement of heavy vehicles.
Tight Installation and Dismantling Schedule — As a prime exhibition venue in the region, the Expo Centre has a packed event calendar. The construction and dismantling window for the motor show was extremely tight, demanding a solution that could be rapidly installed and efficiently removed.

The 80m length and 10m width create an open and unobstructed interior, comfortably accommodating everything from sleek concept cars to large SUVs. A load-bearing floor system was installed to ensure safe parking for heavy display vehicles.
Climate Control for Extreme Conditions — The tent fabric uses double-layer PVC knife-coating material with UV-resistant coating, blocking over 95% of UV radiation and reducing heat transfer. The exhibition area is equipped with high-capacity HVLS fans and industrial-grade air conditioning systems, maintaining a comfortable temperature range suitable for both exhibits and visitors even when outdoor temperatures reach 45°C.
Efficient Full-Chain Deployment — The modular "factory pre-fabrication + on-site assembly" model minimizes on-site work. The fast delivery and short installation cycle cause zero damage to the venue floor, saving valuable time for the motor show preparation.
