Capsule Tent For Event is an inflatable capsule tent designed for event booths. Connect the inflation pump on site, and small sizes inflate in 10-15 minutes while large sizes take about 20 minutes. Dual inflation ports are faster. Once inflated, lighting, counter and shelving are ready along with the tent body. This Capsule Tent For Event combines an aluminum outer frame with an inflatable tent body. The frame provides shape and support, while the body holds its shape through internal sealed pressure. The interior is column-free, with counters and shelving along the walls and a customer aisle in the middle. Lift the cover panel to open for business. After the event, deflate, fold, pack and move to the next event. When a different event needs a new visual, only the cover is replaced while the frame continues in use. Capsule Tent For Event is suitable for touring events and repeated use across multiple occasions.

Pressure note: Lower pressure limit — the device automatically starts inflating when pressure drops below this level. Upper pressure limit — inflation stops once this value is reached. Overpressure threshold — the device slowly releases air when pressure exceeds this level, usually when rising temperatures cause internal pressure to increase. The inflation pump is not included as standard and is available as an option.

A: Deflation takes about 15-30 minutes. Frame disassembly and cover folding take about 1-2 hours. All parts pack into transport cases, no special tools required.
Q: How does the service opening work?
A: Lift the cover panel upward to open for business, lower it to close.
Q: Does it require continuous blower power supply?
A: No. It relies on internal sealed pressure to hold shape. Minor pressure loss over time is normal, and occasional top-up inflation is sufficient.
Q: What if a different event needs new theme graphics?
A: Only the cover needs to be replaced while the aluminum frame continues in use. Cover color and graphics can be customized to the event theme and are ready to use after inflation.
Q: What if the ground is uneven during inflation?
A: Grass, concrete and asphalt are all suitable. For soft ground, lay boards or add ballast bases to ensure even force on the tent body during inflation.
