When people think about building a pickleball facility, the first thing that comes to mind is a steel structure. But once you start calculating costs and dealing with permits, you realize it's expensive, takes forever, and once it's built, you're stuck.
Prefabricated tents offer a different approach. Our A-frame pickleball court tent is designed specifically for court operators – large span, zero columns inside, the whole court is completely open, players can move and see the ball without any obstruction. The A-frame roof drains water quickly, no pooling after rain, and the structure handles loads more efficiently.
The frame is 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish – rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, good for 10+ years outdoors. The cover is 850g scrim PVC, waterproof, UV-resistant, flame-retardant – all standard. For hot or rainy regions, we offer 950g heavy-duty option.
Span ranges from 10 to 35 meters, length extends in sections – as many courts as you need. Standard pickleball court is 13.41m × 6.10m. At 16m span you get 2 courts, around 25m gives you 4 – depends on your site dimensions. Eave height we recommend 5.5m minimum, plenty of clearance for pickleball.
We've done quite a few overseas projects – Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, South America. Climate varies a lot, so specs can't be one-size-fits-all.
Middle East – hot, intense sun, sand dust. We recommend heavier fabric with better UV protection to reduce internal temperature rise. Aluminum frame handles heat fine, no warping. Full enclosure walls reduce sand ingress. Saudi, UAE, Qatar – we've shipped to all.
Southeast Asia – long rainy seasons, heavy rain, high humidity. The A-frame roof drains fast, no leaks. Cover fabric has anti-mold treatment, resists mildew in damp conditions. Customers in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia have given good feedback.
Europe – windy in many areas, cold in the north. Frame can be reinforced for higher wind loads. Double-insulated roof for cold regions. The whole structure meets European outdoor building standards. Projects in Spain, Germany, France, UK.
South America – strong UV, big day-night temperature swings, sudden downpours. High-weatherability PVC cover resists cracking from UV and rain cycles. Easy to dismantle and move if you need to relocate.

The first question everyone asks: do I need a foundation?
No. On concrete, just drill anchor bolts. On grass, asphalt, or where drilling isn't allowed, use ballast weights. Saves on construction costs, permits are much simpler.
Installation is fast – modular assembly, a few workers, done in days. Much quicker than traditional construction. If you ever stop using the site or want to move, just take it all down and reassemble elsewhere – no wasted materials.
Clear PVC side walls – good daylight, less need for electric lighting
Roll-up PVC walls – open or close as needed
Safety netting – keeps balls from flying out
ABS hard wall panels – for fully enclosed courts
Entry doors, emergency exits
Pre-wired roof mounts for lights
Double-insulated roof (for cold climates)
Attach a smaller tent alongside for lounge or changing rooms
Custom logo printing on the cover

Lingtong Tent has been manufacturing aluminum alloy tents for 29 years, with a 20,000㎡ production facility and full in-house production. ISO9001 and CE certified, exported to over 200 countries worldwide.
How many courts fit in one tent?
Depends on span. 16m gives you 2 courts, around 25m gives you 4, 30m+ can fit more. Send us your site dimensions and we'll draw up a layout – free.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes, full container ocean freight. We include installation drawings and video guides. If your country requires specific documentation, just let us know in advance.
Is maintenance difficult?
The aluminum frame needs no upkeep. Rinse the cover with water when it gets dirty. After many years if the cover wears out, just replace the cover – the frame stays, so long-term cost is low.
Do you offer on-site installation?
We can send technicians to supervise installation – additional cost applies. Most clients install themselves using the drawings, saving on labor.
Got site dimensions or a rough sketch? Send them over and we'll work out the configuration and price for you.
