Pickleball courts are relatively small (approximately 13.4m × 6.1m per court) and have low clearance requirements (5 meters minimum at the lowest point). This aligns perfectly with the structural characteristics of tents – flexible spans, column-free interiors, adjustable eave heights, and no foundation needed. Tents can quickly convert idle open spaces into professional sports venues, making them particularly suitable for pickleball court distribution and operational needs.
Fits standard pickleball court dimensions (13.41m × 6.10m)
Column-free interior, 100% space utilization
5m eave height meets competition clearance requirements
Aluminum frame, 15-20 year service life
No foundation work required, no ground hardening
Modular assembly, relocatable and reusable

Lingtong Tent has 29 years of experience in the aluminum tent industry, specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of aluminum alloy tents since 1996. Our factory is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu, covering 20,000㎡, with all processes completed in-house – from aluminum extrusion and surface anodizing to fabric cutting and high-frequency welding – no white-labeling. The core capability built over 29 years is structural design experience across different climate conditions – what materials work best for coastal humid environments, how to reinforce for heavy snow regions in the north, how to upgrade wind resistance for typhoon-prone areas – these come from real projects, not just spec sheets. Products are exported to over 200 countries with ISO9001 and CE certifications. Domestically, we have provided tent structures for international events including the China Open and the Hangzhou Asian Games. As one of our product lines, pickleball tents are built to the same standards as our aluminum tents – no compromise on quality. We provide one-stop services from site survey, CAD design, 3D renderings, manufacturing to installation guidance, with free drawings and spare parts available at cost for life.
Q: Does the pickleball court tent need lighting during the day?
A: The cover fabric has some translucency, so daytime lighting is usually unnecessary when there is sufficient natural light. For tournament play or nighttime use, we recommend anti-glare LED sports lights with 5000-6000K color temperature and Ra≥80 color rendering index for uniform, non-glaring illumination.
Q: Does it get stuffy inside during summer?
A: The tent roof and side walls can be fitted with ventilation windows and exhaust fans to create air circulation. For high-temperature regions, air conditioning can be added. The tent doesn't need to be fully enclosed – ventilation is configured according to your needs.
Q: Can carpet be laid directly on the ground?
A: Carpet can be laid directly on grass or concrete for short-term use, but the feel and lifespan are limited. We recommend acrylic coating (slip-resistant, durable, low cost) or modular sports flooring (better feel, removable and reusable). For clubs with long-term operations, flooring is more cost-effective.
Q: Can the tent be expanded if I need more courts later?
A: Yes. The tent length extends in 3m or 5m modules. To add courts, simply remove the end section, add modules, and reinstall – no need to tear down and rebuild, and existing courts remain unaffected.
Q: Can the tent exterior look more attractive?
A: Yes. White cover is standard, with custom colors available. Side walls can be upgraded to transparent PVC, glass curtain walls, or ABS hard walls – giving it a more permanent, professional sports venue appearance rather than a temporary structure. Logo or branding can also be printed on the cover.
Q: Can it be installed overseas?
A: Yes. We provide installation drawings and video tutorials. For large-scale projects, technicians can be sent onsite for guidance. With exports to over 200 countries, overseas installation experience is well-established.
